As a Senior IT Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and day to day management of our Operation Systems and teams at Purolator and by providing strategic long term recommendations to improve system performance and availability levels. You will also be a champion in retiring old legacy systems and while improving business processes for the future. The role will be leading multiple support teams and individuals and will provide support to all Purolator’s operational systems and technology. This highly technical and hands-on position requires the incumbent to work with team and individuals, involved in all aspects of system trouble shooting, integration challenges and performance monitoring. Responsibilities: Managing each of the support teams and their day to day management of all operational applications and systems for performance, stability & security. Leading the definition of short term solutions, custom solutions and influencing long term strategies in collaboration with the Operations and Customer teams; participate/lead transformation projects to help meet customer needs and improve customer satisfaction. Leading business teams through the implementation of changes into the operations area and ensuring the applications comply with Purolator’s business rules. Act as a champion for all changes and.
