Job description: Providing leadership and delivery of medical Quality Assurance services to the Trust. Authorizing all systems of work and documentation in the aseptic units, radioshop and other licensed areas. Overseeing the design, implementation and maintenance of the medical Quality Systems (PQS) ensuring requirements of c GMP and consequently the MHRA are met. Ensuring adherence to the PQS through appropriate training and motivation of shop production and QA staff. Ensuring continuing adherence to the requirements of PQS and c GMP through regular internal inspections and report compliance via the shop Oversight Governance Group. Batch and patient specific manufacture of ready to administer products, including systemic anti-cancer treatment (SACT), high-risk injectables and radiomedicals, for the Trust and external customers. Aseptic dispensing of systemic anti-cancer medicines (SACT), high-risk injectables and Outpatient Antibiotic Therapy (OPAT) under Section 10 exemption. Assembly of products such as over-labelling. Senior line management to all Quality Assurance (QA) staff. Contributing to the development of clinical policies and procedures. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
