They have a diverse clientele spanning the UK and Europe. The Role: As an experienced Project Manager to join as a Client Onboarding specialist for Cloud Insurance Platform, you will act as the primary link between clients and internal teams, overseeing the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new clients. Duties: Develop project plans for client onboarding and coordinate with internal teams. Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, providing regular updates on project status. Collaborate with clients to understand unique requirements and manage configurations. Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on platform features. Provide ongoing support during the onboarding process, addressing any issues promptly. Ensure internal quality control meets expected standards. Identify and address issues or bottlenecks during the onboarding phase. Requirements: Previously worked as a Project Manager or in a similar role. Experience in the insurance software, particularly with client onboarding. Strong understanding of project management methodologies. Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or related field. Prior experience with multi-tenant cloud solutions, insurance portfolio migration, JIRA, Confluence, and basic AWS knowledge Beneficial. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
