Your Responsibilities As a Territory Business Manager for John Deere Canada ULC, you will serve as the primary business lead and work with channel partners to develop and monitor Total AOR Leadership plans, lead annual sales planning and goal-setting efforts, including sales/marketing plans, unit budget, inventory planning and lead execution of channel development activities. In addition to. Serve as the primary business lead and work with channel partners to develop sales, marketing and tactical plans to achieve market share goals in an assigned geographical territory. Lead annual sales planning and goal setting efforts, including sales/marketing plans, unit budget, inventory planning and lead execution of channel development activities. Maintain a good working relationship between channel partners and the Company to maximize enterprise objectives. Counsel channel partners on product, marketing, financial and/or management-related matters and deliver training to channel partners, and/or customers.
