Role Description The Human Resources Business Lead (HRBL) is a member of a senior HR leadership team responsible for providing a high level of thought leadership, guidance, and advice to business leaders across Hydro One. The HRBL acts as a strategic partner, serving as a consultant to a client group, inclusive of 1-2 members of the Hydro One Executive Leadership Team and their direct reports. The role backsses and anticipates HR and business-related needs and assists in the development of people strategies to influence outcomes and achieve desired business goals.
