We are assisting them in their search for Restaurant Managers who are Italian citizens to work at one of their beautiful all-inclusive properties. The Company: Global Brand with over 20 resorts in 7 different countries All-inclusive 4- and 5-star resorts High standards that go above and beyond to deliver the ultimate guest experience Award winning name that is recognized around the globe Responsibilities: Daily operations of the restaurant Manage and motivate a team of approx. 20 staff Manage restaurant financials and P&LStaff scheduling Maintaining brand standards Ensuring guests are having the ultimate experience The Ideal Candidate: Italian passport holder Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required A passion for Food & Beverage. On trend knowledge. Beverage experience is a plus A strong leader that brings positive energy to the team High volume background Great career stability Can easily relocate You will need a work permit to be able to work in the Caribbean.
