The role: The Project Manager – Transformation and Digital is a new role being introduced to support Corndel’s continual growth and transformation. You will manage transformation and continual improvement projects, many of which will have a focus on technology, automation, and AI. You will need to be comfortable and capable of drawing from a wide project management toolkit which has been developed in these disciplines which may require elements of Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, PRINCE2, or other methodologies to get the project to successful completion. Responsibilities include: Managing an evolving portfolio of projects from inception to successful completion Ensuring that all projects have robust governance in place which is suitable for the project Keeping projects running on track through great management and problem solving Supporting with the development of proposals for new projects including scope, requirements,.
