Director of Front Office – Luxury Hotel Location: Bermuda Salary: 60,000The Company: I am excited to be working with an esteemed 5 property in Bermuda, they are looking for a seasoned Director of Front Office to join their growing team This is an exciting opportunity to lead the front office operations and ensure the highest level of service for their valued guests Director of Front Office Responsibilities: Alongside the Director of Rooms and Reservations Manager, oversee all aspects of the front office department, including guest check-in/check-out, concierge services, reservations, and guest relations Review front office reports, including financial and performance metrics, to identify areas for improvement and make strategic recommendations Go above and beyond the guest’s expectations, have a deep understanding and knowledge of the local area to optimise their experiences.
