In order to be considered for the Account Representative position, you must be an accomplished Business Development Representative (BDR) who consistently meets high volume outbound prospecting and lead acquisition metrics or a less than 2 years of successful full cycle sales sales experience (prospecting to close) and experience as a successful BDR. At 42Chat, there are no negotiated salaries. Everyone in the same role is paid the same and when market comp adjustments are made, they apply to everyone in that role. For an Account Representative, the base pay is $45,000. There is no limit on commissions you earn on what you deliver, with first full-year commissions typically being $10,000+ and increasing to $25,000+ by year 2, with the potential for promotion to the Account Executive role. At 42Chat, our team members are: - Competitive - Committed to winning as a team - Driven by a desire for excellence - Coachable - Constantly experimenting and learning - Inquisitive - Have an infinite pie mindset - Passionate about our products and solutions - Detail oriented and disciplined - High energy - Always Improving - Adds energy to team The Account Representative has day-to-day responsibility for the following: Be an expert on 42Chat solutions and build deep relationships with clients and customer success Product Knowledge: Develop and apply a thorough understanding of 42Chats products, Sales Gravy methodology, and processes to exceed quota via the acquisition of new customers through outbound prospecting and collaboration among cross-functional teams as deals move down the funnel Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with prospective clients, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle Assists in special projects as assigned Product Support: Report key learnings around the sales process, customer needs, and potential product development opportunities to the sales and product teams. Following best practice sales process & Building Pipeline 42Chat Sales Process: Must develop and apply expertise on the 42Chat Sales Playbook. Sales Gravy (SG) Methodology: Be a disciple of the SG methodology to build a robust pipeline that includes daily cold calling, objection handling, deep discovery, and a commanding sales presence. Maintain accurate and detailed lead, account, contact, opportunity and sales activity records in Hubspot CRM. Outreach & Booked Meetings: Consistently support top-of-funnel lead generation through outreach initiatives including Hubspot sequencing, tasks, email blasts, phone, text, direct mail, and occasionally conferences/trade shows. Continuous Learning: Attend & participate in SG & internal training sessions to stay updated with product knowledge and processes, and enhance your selling techniques. Prospecting to AE or Manager assigned accounts verticals & lists: Identify key contact points and a prospect to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email, networking, conferences/trade shows, and referrals. Outreach expectations: Inputs: 75-100 daily calls & 50 daily emails Outputs: Ramp or: 1-2 booked intro meetings daily from outbound prospecting 1 (15-minute) intro call that shows daily (5 weekly) 3-4 SQL Weekly Moving 10-12 leads to Stage 3+ monthly Within 6 months, the ability to generate 3 or more deals that have led to a closed-won opportunity. List Creation & Sequencing: Create, add to & execute on existing and self-made sequences to generate top-of-funnel leads and to respond to inbound company-generated leads. Forecast Management: Using HubSpot, maintain an organized and accurate pipeline of leads, prospects, and deals to create and forecast sales. Consistent ability to reach and surpass inputs and outputs in first 6 months
