Skills/Experience: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong numerical and analytical skills Up to date knowledge and understanding of Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension schemes and legislative framework for UK pension schemeinteractionperience as an automation analyst or pensions administrator, ideally in a multi scheme environment A pragmatic problem solver and focussed on providing solutions and results Project management experience demonstrated in the ability to take ownership of project workstreams and effectively manage the delivery of your own project tasks from start to completion Driven by meeting deadlines and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment Comfortable adhering to set procedures and identifying areas for improvement Proactive and able to build collaborative relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders and ability to share information, ideas and best practice Strong IT skills, including working with MS Word and Excel and experience of a pension administration system such.
