We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the sales team, focusing on the Northern region of the UK. This role involves designing customised racking solutions and driving sales to meet targets. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes and lean principles, and be adept in developing and expanding customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Engage with new and existing clients to design effective materials handling solutions. Utilise CRM systems and market insights to identify and target potential customers. Research and cultivate new client relationships. Plan and manage personal schedules, with a focus on field visits. Explore and penetrate new markets. Collaborate with the sales team for customer visits and meetings. Participate in pricing and service solutions. Address customer objections and work towards positive outcomes. Develop unique selling propositions and differentiators. Customer Retention: Introduce new products and services to enhance client relationships. Collaborate with technical and internal teams to fulfil customer requirements. Reporting and Relationships: Reporting to the Business Development Manager for the North & Midlands. Key internal liaisons include Sales Director, Operations, CAD & Technical Manager, Sales Administration Leader, and Production Manager.
