What We Are Looking For: Reporting to the Validation Manager, the Validation Specialist is responsible for researching, gathering, and validating information for customers purchasing and managing SSL certificates products. The Validation Specialist will work closely with Sectigo's customer base and internal clients, as well as answering pre-sales and customer inquiries via phone, emails, cases and live chat. What You’ll Be Doing: Proven experience in customer service or a related role, with a strong track record of effectively managing customer inquiries and resolving customer issues. Proactively take ownership of escalations, orders, and cases from order creation to certificate issuance. Responsible for researching, gathering, and verifying the accuracy of the information collected for new orders and renewals through verified information sources.
