Responsabilities Manage the entire recruitment process of permanent and temporary employees (posting, CV selection, reference checks, interviews, preparation of job offers); Support managers in welcoming and integrating new employees; Provide administrative support for human resources files; Management of Dayforce HRIS (Ceridian); Payroll processing; In collaboration with the HR team, participate in the review and development of existing programs; Regulatory monitoring and updating of existing policies, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation; Production of KPI reports; Training management by setting up appropriate plans in collaboration with managers; Advise and support managers in employee management; Ensure, with the various stakeholders, the administration and implementation of Health and Safety programs; Participate in the development of the employer brand; Implement HR initiatives (activities, wellness program); All other related tasks. Training and experience 1 to 3 years experience in human resources in a similar role; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in French and English; Proficiency in the Microsoft Office environment; Experience with HRIS (asset). Skills and attitude Strong organizational and time management skills; Strong sense of discretion and professionalism; Ability to work independently and complete various tasks efficiently; Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to interact with various levels of the organization; Outgoing, positive and professional attitude; Actively participates as a team member in the achievement of objectives; Provide.
