The post holder will lead on the management of legal disrepair claims and ensure that LBHF recovers all costs covered by the Council's buildings insurance policy. The post holder will support the management of planned preventative maintenance projects in LBHF. The post holder will support the Operations team in managing the repair and maintenance requirements of a portfolio of approximately 17,000 homes, including the structure and fabric of the buildings, internal and communal areas, and the estate grounds. In addition, the post holder will support the management of the local delivery of the repairs term contract to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and work effectively with other teams within the council.
