We are seeking to recruit a Principal Geo: Environmental/ Geotechnical Engineer to join our growing team to support technical excellence and business growth. The successful applicant will be based from our Manchester office, the position may require travel and occasional overnight stays throughout the U. K. and further afield depending on project requirements. We are a flexible employer and are willing to consider flexible working arrangements that are desirable to you. The Role: This is a Principal role with responsibility for team development, team performance and coaching / supervision of staff with excellent career progression opportunities within a successful and expanding team. The selected candidate will work within a supportive and driven team, delivering Group targets for sales, successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Some travel is involved, for which a company pool car is available and for which a clean, valid UK driving licence will be required. Occasionally travel by air will be required, for which a valid passport and photo ID is needed. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and position requirements. Potential candidates are requested to provide an indication of their salary expectations. About You: The ideal candidate will hold: Qualifications: A BSc, BEng, or MSc/MEng in Environmental Science, Soil Science, Earth Sciences, Geotechnical Engineering, Geology or other relevant discipline Chartered Engineer status, or you should be on track to achieve.
