We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Lewisham to assist with the appointment of a Facilities Management Helpdesk & Asset Lead, on a 6- month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £23.00 per hour PAYE Responsibilities: Develop, allocate, receive, log, update and manage all CAFM related data including but not limited to planned and reactive works, projects, asset data, financial information, quotes, reports, and documentation Communicate to officers and contractors on CAFM related items Report on the operational performance of all LBL Facilities and building assets, which may include building maintenance and repairs, cleaning and associated services, manned security and utilities. Lead and support liaising with contractors, engineers and site contacts for any access, operational or site items To support and oversee financial duties including but not limited to raising orders and checking invoices/application for payments based on information held on the CAFM system Providing training and support to other LBL staff and contractors on the CAFM system. To set up LBL CAFM User Group to enhance knowledge and capability Develop and maintain key working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: A standard of education and/or experience that reflects the requirements of the role. Required Experience: Evidence of extensive knowledge and experience of CAFM system Experience of Managing a FM Helpdesk Demonstrable evidence of working within a team environment Experience of managing staff and contractors working in a customer orientated environment to deliver specified outcomes. Experience of successfully networking and managing relationships with both internal and external partners working at a strategic level Experience of Managing Building/Facilities Asset data Please note: You should be available to work immediately.
