You? ll provide an independent consultancy, offering a good balance of support and challenge to not only your team, but to stakeholders and the wider organisation. Typical day as an Internal Audit Manager Assisting the Head of Audit, establishing and agreeing a consistent audit approach with Home Group? s strategic priorities Build strong relationships across the organisation allowing you to manage expectations Attend Audit Committee, and be able to effectively communicate key risks and issues identified by the team backss value for money, benchmarking research and be confident sharing those findings with stakeholders, senior management, and the Executive team You? ll manage the performance and development of the Audit team You will be Experience of managing audit teams and delivering internal audit services Experience of conducting special investigation work into fraud and value for money studies and you will be able to prioritise your workload A qualified Internal Auditor, Accountant or equivalent with excellent business acumen, gained through relevant audit experience Experience in assisting with.
