As Fire Safety Technical Manager, you’ll lead a small team of Fire Risk backssors to deliver our fire risk backssment programme, enhancing our fire safety management practices and systems with recognised standards. You’ll be our in-house expert on good fire management practices driving compliance and performance. You’ll undertake data analysis and reporting, identifying any risks and providing insights to inform decision-making to ensure we continue to operate safely. Maintaining our fire safety management system to ensure integrity and compliance with recognised standards. Building strong relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders, including commercial and statutory partners to promote good fire risk management practices. Conducting regular site visits, ensuring compliance with fire safety standards. Guiding, developing and motivating your team, making it a great place to work.
