Regional Business Manager (Home Therapies) – National Role Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and healthcare? Here at Fresenius Medical Care, we are part of a global renal care company and are seeking a highly motivated Regional Business Manager to join our Home Therapies team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our business by acquiring new clients and driving growth on a national scale. For this position we require you to be ABPI qualified with a detailed understanding of its practical application in a business environment. Alternatively, if you are not already qualified, we would look for you to complete this within 2 years of your start date. This is a field-based role therefore a full UK driving licence is essential. What does the role involve? You will: Identify and target new business opportunities within the healthcare sector. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through research, networking, and lead generation. Actively promote, generate and meet company sales targets across the entire product range, whilst achieving personal and company objectives. Liaise with Clinical Nurse Specialists on a regular basis to discuss territory/account activity, evaluations of products, latest therapy developments etc. which may have an impact on the FMC offering. Work closely with /and the development of Key Opinion Leaders. Co-ordinate with appropriate personnel to organize products for evaluations and lead and conduct product evaluations in targeted accounts. What can we offer you?
