Senior Fire Safety Manager Hybrid working from home, our office at Liverpool Street, London and leading fire safety across the UK with regular site visits Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw) Salary c£62,000 per annum (negotiable on experience) plus car allowance of £4609 per annum based on mileage and great benefits including Health Cash Plan Home, a place where you belong Join our growing Building Safety team at this exciting time, working with Monika our new Director of Building Safety who is shaping our services to be exemplar and industry leading, working together to provide a safe place to live for our customers and a safe place to work for our colleagues. As Lead Fire Safety Manager (known internally by us as Fire Safety Technical Manager) you? ll lead a small team of Fire Risk backssors to deliver our fire risk backssment programme, enhancing our fire safety management practices and systems with recognised standards. You? ll be our in-house expert on good fire management practices driving compliance and performance. If you fancy working alongside a brilliant, team who are ROSPA Gold award winners, then read on? Typical day as a Fire Safety Technical Manager Leading our fire risk backssment programme, with regular monitoring of performance. You? ll undertake data analysis and reporting, identifying any risks and providing insights to inform decision-making to ensure we continue to operate safely. Maintaining our fire safety management system to ensure integrity and compliance with recognised standards. Building strong relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders, including commercial and statutory partners to promote good fire risk management practices. Conducting regular site visits, ensuring compliance with fire safety standards. Guiding, developing and motivating your team, making it a great place to work.
