Willowbrook Farm is an ethical and sustainable farm that has been providing top quality produce to Oxfordshire for over 20 years. In addition the farm runs events and open days throughout the summer. Whilst still very much a family run business, its continued growth has resulted in the division of roles. As a result we are currently recruiting for the following position. Business and Sales Manager An exciting opportunity for someone with a track record of business administration of an SME to work in the sustainable farming sector. Our family run farm business has grown and developed over the years and as a result we are looking for someone with specific skills to improve the business structure, organisation and efficiency. We produce a range of ethical and sustainable produce on our farm which is sold directly to our customers. We are looking for someone to join our team and take responsibility for managing and driving our sales. You would be responsible for overseeing the sales and administration team, from the preparation of the meat products, through to dispatch to our customers. You would also be responsible for subsequent evaluation and development of strategy and goals Key responsibilities in a typical week include, managing staff (5 persons) for the efficient administration, butchery and dispatch of our produce. Exporting online sales lists and organising these into a cutting list for the on farm butchery. Confirming stock is cut and set aside for the farm shop, market and for dispatch by courier, Booking in Sales for dispatch with our courier. Packing and transfer to courier of online orders. Setting aside of produce for the farm shop and market sales. Confirming sales for the next week and updating online stock levels. Confirming stocks of packaging, office materials and other consumables. Sales review and follow up Developing strategy for additional sales Please apply through the attached email address.
