We are offering a passionate and enthusiastic Sous Chef an incredible opportunity to work in our four star Gatwick Airport venue and to lead from the front, whilst upholding impeccable standards. Reporting to the F&B Head Chef, the Sous Chef is responsible for executing all food contracts and ensuring a high level of quality product and service to our guests.
