Panel Technician

Description:
This role will have the ability to build entire electrical and pneumatic control panels for customers to meet their ever changing needs and challenges.Responsibilities: * Panel building and fabrication * Be able to work with other team members or alone * Work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet customer demands * Understand electrical circuits and panel building processes * Understand the components and design layout of panels * Ability to read and understand extensive blue prints * Ability to make templates for larger scale products and replicate processes * Pull wires and create layouts * Onsite customer support * Ability to trouble shoot problems * Communicating with customer to correct and fix any issues at their sites * Pre-plan and identify the methods to eliminate hazards daily by work task. * Execute skill in observing habits and hazards of others, and bringing it to their attention. * Uphold safety as the most important goal of our company. Support goal of achieving zero accidents. * Promote and encourage open communication between field and office regarding all safety concerns, suggestions, improvements, and PPE needed. * Obtain safety training as expected by all company personnel.
