This is an opportunity for a Senior Systems Engineer - Communications to join our client's fast-paced team bidding for the Army Collective Training Service ACTS. As a Senior Systems Engineer - Communications you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a safer and more secure world and will become the go-to technical expert for non-technical leaders, collaborate on solution development, write regular reports, and contribute to presentations on technical solutions. This role is a full-time position with a hybrid working-from-home arrangement of 2-3 days per week. Key Responsibilities for the Senior Systems Engineer - Communications: - Provide expertise in the support of ACTS and other related projects and programmes within the team. - Work with the Customer and attending working groups to generate Concept of Operations and User Needs. - Be involved in requirement, extraction, backssment, management, justification, and decomposition. - Manage interfaces and trade-offs between systems, sub-systems, functions, and requirements. - Apply best-placed systems engineering practices and systems thinking to develop solutions.
