Description:
EMPLOYBRIDGE is currently recruiting for a WMS Analyst in the Box Elder County area. The WMS Analyst will provide on-site support for key distribution center's applications and technologies. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide on-site WMS, WCS and general systems support to ensure systems are stable, reliable and effectively supporting the operational needs * Develop and maintain system dashboards, reports and queries to support evolving business processes * Assist in identification of system and process improvement. Partner with on-site resources to ensure effective IT services offered to users as well as identify changes or opportunities to support continuous improvement * Provide pertinent data and reports on product, inventory flow and projected projects * Gather business requirements and document use cases for system changes * Administering users and devices; maintaining system security and user profiles * Identification, communication and/or escalation troubleshooting and resolution * Perform systems monitoring and maintenance activity to ensure integrity of the system's performance and data * Collaborating with central IT development and support teams to develop and test WMS enhancements, integration changes and system upgrades * Provide technical support to management and end users QUALIFICATIONS: * Associate or bachelor's degree in related field * 3 plus years of experience in warehouse/distribution center experience with application support * Knowledge of distribution robotics AGVs/AMRs/GTP * Experience with distribution center processes, technologies and integration * SQL Knowledge and basic debugging experience preferred * WMS and WCS administration experience * Systems Development Life Cycle experience * Strong analytical, reporting, problem-solving skills, and project management skills * Excellent presentation skills both written and verbal
