With contracts that are forecasted over the next 3-5 years, here you will be guaranteed steady, full time work with a company who will invest in your growth. What Does A Lead Carpenters Day Look Like? Setting up the crew and going over site safety. Reviewing scopes of work. General demo, repairs and remodeling. Framing, walls, roofs, window/door installation, etc. Building envelope weatherproofing, siding Finish carpentry, trim, molding, etc. Quality Control Filling out daily logs for the Superintendent or Project Manager. As a lead carpenter you will be installing, designing and customizing for residential remodels and new construction. Qualifications and Requirements: +5 years of experience in carpentry Own hand tools Read plans and structural specifications Valid driver's license What We Offer: Pay Rate: $30hr - $45hr DOE, annual bonus 2 weeks of PTO 100% covered medical,401K with employer match PPE Provided Company Vehicle (DOE) Company Phone (DOE) Just as important as the benefits, you have to like where you work right?
