Job: Senior Site Engineer Location: Rotherham Salary: GBPup to 60k + package + career progression As the Senior Engineer you will be responsible for managing your team of site engineers, reviewing construction information and assisting the site management teams with all aspects of health, safety and environmental management. Youll also liaise closely with the Engineering and Integration team to ensure work is carried out in line with specifications and drawings. Your Responsibilities: Ensuring timely completion of project sections, understanding project setup, team roles, and site/construction details. Developing short: term programs based on project requirements and ensuring their execution. Assigning tasks to Assistant Engineers, coordinating with Trades Supervisors, and managing tasks to completion. Oversight of Inspection and Test Plans, as well as Quality Check Sheets to ensure adherence to specifications. Coordinating engineering requirements for project scopes or subcontractors on larger projects. Collaboration with larger project teams to facilitate smooth operations. Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Quality standards for all works and personnel. Requirements: Extensive experience managing large, complex projects. Strong technical background in civil engineering or related fields. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in tools and software. Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or construction management.
