Responsibilities: • Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals• Ensure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines Qualifications: • Understand a variety of loans such as: FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit• Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License• Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required Compensation: $88,000 at plan earnings About Company: At our top-producing mortgage brokerage, we work with the top lenders in the county to offer you the best financing options.
