Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solution Engineer with PowerFlex certification and deployment expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing and implementing PowerFlex solutions to meet our organization's infrastructure needs. This position requires in-depth knowledge of PowerFlex technologies and the ability to architect and deploy solutions effectively. Responsibilities: Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and infrastructure needs. Design PowerFlex solutions based on business requirements, best practices, and industry standards. Develop comprehensive solution architectures and design documentation. Implementation and Deployment: Lead the deployment and configuration of PowerFlex infrastructure. Install, configure, and optimize PowerFlex systems to meet performance, scalability, and availability requirements. Conduct performance tuning and optimization activities as needed. Integration and Interoperability: Ensure seamless integration of PowerFlex solutions with existing infrastructure components. Design and implement integrations with other infrastructure technologies and platforms. Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of PowerFlex solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing and validation phases. Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for PowerFlex configurations, deployments, and best practices. Provide training and knowledge transfer to other team members on PowerFlex technologies and solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience. PowerFlex certification (e.g., Dell EMC PowerFlex Associate or Professional). Proven experience as a Solution Engineer or Systems Engineer, with expertise in PowerFlex technologies. Hands-on experience with PowerFlex deployment and configuration. Strong understanding of storage and hyperconverged infrastructure concepts. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
