If youre ready to contribute to our exciting journey and play a key role in our growth strategy, we want to hear from you About the role: Provide support for technical and commercial enquiries Look at all enquiries and understand the sales potential in them Manage and interpret customer requirements, understand their needs, and advise what products are best for the customer Look to develop the offering by cross selling across the group, valves, pumps, heat exchangers, controls, and service packages. Offer the total package from design and installation to project management Develop long term relationships with customers and follow up quotes Provide professional technical quotes for customers Understand the product range and offer technical advice to customer Calculate customer quotations Support marketing activities by following up literature sent out and development of target audience Liaising with other members of the sales team Offer after sales support and service agreements About You: 5 years technical sales experience desirable We want someone to prove they can add value to a rapidly expanding SME Manufacturing / Industrial experience is important Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others Youll want to make improvements and bring new ideas Strong organisational skills We expect you to: Develop your skills and want to learn Work safely and to respect the safety of others Treat everyone you meet with respect and dignity Deliver superior service to our customers Excel in everything you do You will receive: Competitive wages and benefits Fair treatment based on an individual performance free from discrimination.
