The team has recently gone through a transformation that has resulted in a non-case holding approach to some of their most vulnerable Children and Families. A local authority is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their Child Exploitation Team as a Team Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position paying up to £60,349, based around Swindon. The team has recently gone through a transformation that has resulted in a non-case holding approach to some of their most vulnerable Children and Families. Oversee the team of Social Workers, Youth Engagement, Family Workers, and Substance Misuse Works to make sure they’re working together to deliver a service. Provide advice and support on processes, plans and ways to remove barriers for Children and Young People. Attend Child Exploitation meetings. Requirements for you as a Child Exploitation Team Manager: Social Work Degree / Diploma in Social Work Social Work England Registration Significant evidence of Management experience Post qualifying experience working in Child Exploitation Must hold a full UK driving licence.
