Currently looking to recruit a Help desk Supervisor in Lewisham. 40 hours a week 08:00 : 17:00, Mon : Fri Undertaking: On : site effective help desk service Receiving calls, logging onto the FM Support System Building relationships with operational staff and feeding through to the team Monitoring cal activity + creating call volume reports Administrative support to the team Requirements of the role: Must have experience in an Fm environment in a help desk role Experience in leading and supervising a team Excellent Health and Safety Knowledge Excellent Customer service and communication skills If you would like any more information on the role, please apply below.
