Looking to recruit a Helpdesk Supervisor to join a leading maintenance company based in South East London Offering up to GBP32,000 + benefits, flexible working, real opportunity for progression We are looking for someone who has got experience leading Customer service/ Planning teams in a Maintenance environment You will be: Supporting a team of help desk service advisors in an FM environment Receiving calls using support system, achieving KPIS Build longstanding relations in the team and wider support network Identify areas of improvement and implement processes Monitor performance and create reports You will need: Previous experience in an FM Maintenance environment ideally at a Supervisory level Supervisory experience Able to lead a team Excellent communication and Customer service skills For more information about this job, please attach an updated cv and apply below Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
