Key duties: Design and implement HR frameworks including but not limited to Career Development Pathways and Succession Planning. Work with leadership to design and communicate KPIs as part of performance management and appraisals. Manage all day to day HR operations across the organisation; owning recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, absences, employee relations with support from part time HR Manager Update and review HR policies in alignment with Employment Law and maintaining the Employee Handbook. Actively drive People: focused projects such as HR system implementations and annual training requirements. Work with external trainers to design EDI specific training company: wide. Partner closely with key stakeholders on wider business projects around ESG. What is the company looking for? Experience in a standalone position or within a small HR team working across the strategic and operational HR realm is essential. Demonstrable experience developing Career Progression initiatives. A background in a boutique asset/investment management firm or boutique consultancy is highly desirable. Exceptional communication skills to effectively partner with C: Suite.
