Responsibilities: Presenting and selling of products/ services using well - mannered communication skills to existing and prospective customers.Upselling, Cross Selling to the potential customers.Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.Reach out to customer leads through follow-ups. Personal attention & relationship with customers.Continuously improve through feedback.Handling and resolving customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.Analysis of the needs of existing/potential customers to meet their requirements.Participating in Exhibitions organized by the company.Job may need travel & work during weekends (Fri - Mon) across cities in USA for exhibitions and Shows, other than regular store sales. Position Requirements: Freshers are also preferred having a knack for retail sales & travel.Knowledge and understanding of gold, diamond & precious stones will be an added advantage.Person should be mobile & tech savvy.Outstanding persuasive & convincing communication and presentation skills (bilingual preferred).Ready to work with team in a collaborative and cohesive environment.US Work Status is compulsory.
