A s a solutions-based company, Precise Systems is focused on innovation in support of the warfighters and aligning our expertise to deliver the highest quality of servicePowered by our highly skilled workforces, we provide expert consultation on network and weapons systems acquisition programs, maintenance/modernization programs, and sustainment programs with solutions in Digital Transformation, Advanced Engineering, Physical Sciences Research, Platform Lifecycle Support, and Technical ServicesSince our establishment, we have demonstrated and perfected our ability to manage the customer's needs, no matter how complex - offering exceptional service and the Precise solutionWe are seeking a Flight Clearance Management Analyst, Senior, to support our Patuxent River, Maryland customer at the Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program Office (PMA-262) in Patuxent River, MarylandFunctional Description: The Flight Clearance Management Analyst, Senior, applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectivesAnalyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedulesPerforms management, technical, or business case analysesCollects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programsTracks program/project status and schedulesApplies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data managementResponsibilities:--- Generate, document, staff, and release USN Interim Flight Clearances and Flight Clearance Recommendations (FCR) for cooperative partner.--- Able to use E-Power to generate and staff airworthiness documentation.--- Develop chop sheets for flight clearance review and approval.--- Process NATOP/NATIP changes and supports publication release cycles.--- Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.--- Analyze requirements, status, budget, and schedules.--- Perform management, technical, or business case analyses.--- Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.--- Tracks program/project status and schedules.--- Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data managementRequired Education: A Master's Degree or allowable substitutions are required for this positionAllowable substitutions include a Bachelor's Degree plus two years of additional work experience, or an Associate's Degree plus four years of additional work experience or six years of additional work experienceRequired Experience: This position requires more than 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional descriptionMust be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearanceDue to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.SCitizenship is requiredPrecise Systems and its subsidiaries are committed to an inclusive and diverse workplace that values and supports the contributions of each individualThis commitment and shared Vision and Values of Integrity, Respect, and Responsibility allow us to leverage differences, encourage innovation, and expand our success in the global marketplacePrecise Systems and its subsidiaries are Equal Opportunity /Affirmative Action EmployersAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, status as an individual with a disability, or any legally protected status under federal, state, or local law.
