Supervise laboratory operations, including specimen collection and processing, to uphold quality and compliance. Lead initiatives to achieve departmental goals and enhance the patient experience. π Qualifications: Bachelorβs degree in Medical Technology. Minimum 5 years' experience as a Medical Technologist.
