Located in the heart of Glasgow's West End, Michelin-recommended Brett is a contemporary neighbourhood restaurant serving modern cuisine focusing on cooking over open flame. Open for dinner seven days and lunch service three days per week, we serve groups of all sizes, including private events & wine tastings, to dine with us and enjoy our signature style in a fun and relaxed dining space. Our drinks offering focuses on sourcing low-intervention wines and house-made bottled birdtails. We are keen to hear from individuals with experience in quality establishments, who have a passion for professional, personalised service , locally sourced ingredients, an interest in wine and who are looking to develop their careers in a dynamic, progressive team.
