This geotechnical and environmental consultancy based near Coventry are seeking a motivated Geo: environmental engineer to join the team on a variety of specialist ground investigation projects. Based just outside of Birmingham and with plenty of new and exciting geotechnical and geo: environmental projects to work on, the position offers excellent career progression prosects. The Geo: environmental Engineer selected will be provided with: A top salary (GBP25,000 : GBP30,000). Company pension and benefits scheme. Annual salary and progression reviews. The Geo: environmental Engineer selected will be: Contributing to and carrying out site investigations. Carrying out contaminated land risk backssments. Writing and reviewing technical reports. Preparing proposals and bids. Carrying out desk studies. Recommending and implementing foundation and remediation designs. Liaising closely with clients and supervising investigations. Therefore the Geo: environmental Engineer successful in their application will have experience as a geotechnical/geo: environmental engineer or consultant, have a degree in geology, geoscience, earth science or geotechnical engineering, hold a clean and valid UK Driving licence and live near Birmingham/Coventry. A full right to work in the UK is also essential.
