HELPDESK OPERATIVE REQUIRED Our multinational Facilities Management client is seeking a Helpdesk for one of their sites. Do you enjoy working in a busy environment where no day is the same? If so, this is the perfect role for you Do you have previous experience in FM? Are you a proven Help desk Operative? The successful candidate will be responsible for updating external client systems with updates inrelation to job activity and providing support Job Details Monday to Friday 8am:5pm GBP13.74 PAYE + Holiday Pay Opportunity to bring a high degree of exposure to your CV Skills Required Experience of working within a facilities management help desk is advantageous. Exceptional organisational skills. Ability to handle conflicting workloads and to work under pressure. An excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels delivering flawless customer service at all times Strong communications skills Effective communication and presentation skills.
