We specialize in creating beautiful smiles and are committed to delivering outstanding service in a warm and welcoming environment. We are seeking a skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. As an RDA, you will play a vital role in supporting our dentists and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. You will work closely with patients, providing assistance during dental procedures and helping to create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Schedule This is a full-time position Monday through Friday - no weekends 8am to 5pm Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive health insurance covering medical, dental and vision 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Complimentary and discounted orthodontic treatment for yourself and immediate family members Qualifications & Skills Must have current and active CA certified RDA license Minimum 1 year of experience working in a dental office Upbeat personality is a must Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
