We specialize in creating beautiful smiles and are committed to delivering outstanding service in a warm and welcoming environment. We are seeking a qualified Dental Assistant (DA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with orthodontic experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent patient care and possess the necessary skills and knowledge to assist our orthodontists in delivering top-notch orthodontic treatments. Schedule Full-time Position Monday-Friday, no weekends 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Benefits Comprehensive health insurance covering medical, dental and vision 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Complimentary and discounted orthodontic treatment for yourself and immediate family members Qualifications & Skills Active X-Ray license RDA license is highly desirable Prior experience in orthodontics required Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Punctual Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail Key Responsibilities Assist orthodontists with various orthodontic procedures such as braces adjustments, wire changes, and appliance placements Take and develop x-rays as needed Prepare and maintain orthodontic instruments and equipment Educate patients on proper orthodontic care and hygiene practices Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling appointments Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean and organized work environment Image Orthodontics is a proud partner of Image Specialty Partner (ISP), a doctor-led dental partnership organization.
