Responsibilities: Financial professional/ Management/Partner • Recruiting and Developing Financial Professionals. • Help Financial professionals enrich their clients to achieve their long-term financial goals.• Offer clients comprehensive financial planning services and sophisticated investment programs.• Recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals.• Your continued success and achievement in this role will allow you to work toward promotions to increasingly senior levels of management. Be supported by specialized teams with the flexibility to deliver customized plans to help your clients make complex financial decisions. Advanced training, additional licensing, and professional designations allow you to continuously grow your suite of offerings and practice. Develop a personalized, long-term strategy and gain hands-on experience while assisting clients in identifying and achieving their financial goals.• Hire and lead your own group of financial professionals while serving as an associate partner.• Transition into management as an Associate Partner once you have achieved the program requirements.• Join our intensive, six-month Associate Partner Training Program to further your business acumen and expertise while working toward a management position.• Build a team of financial professionals and Financial Advisors.• Top-notch training and development. Learn how you learn best. • With a blended curriculum of in-person, virtual, and web-based learning. Pursue advanced education and professional designations from the American College. With New York Life covering your tuition for designations by The American College. Touch the lives of clients.• Help protect families and loved ones.• Help business owners fund a succession plan.• Help enable children to go to college.• Help ensure clients enjoy retirement. Qualifications:• Proactive and passionate individual who is looking for a highly rewarding and challenging career.• Previous sales experience is necessary.• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or other languages is an asset.• Knowledge of cultural markets is advantageous.• Expertise and experience in insurance, finance, or other related fields are required.• Inclined to source new personnel and talent.
