Health insurance Vision insurance 401k Life insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Office Bonus program What you'll do: The Licensed Dental Assistant works to enhance the daily operations of the clinic by providing excellent care and communication to our patients. The Licensed Dental Assistant: Prepares, sterilizes, disinfects, and maintains dental equipment, instruments and supplies Collects and records patient health histories, take impressions and x-rays Ensures patient comfort during dental procedures Prepares dental materials (cements, amalgam, composite, impression materials, etc.) Completes charting of treatment information in the patients' dental notes from the doctor as directed Assist doctor in management of medical and dental emergencies Cleans/polishes removable devices; fabricate temporary restorations, custom trays, study models Delivers postoperative and general oral care instructions to patient Maintains infection control procedures, patient privacy, and professional interactions with patients and staff What we seek: High school diploma or equivalent Licensed Dental Assistant in Minnesota Previous dental experience preferred Leadership and multitasking abilities Team player with a positive attitude Professional written and verbal communication skills High level of customer service skills Superior attention to detail Patient Care Hours: Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Powered by JazzHR
