The REACH Program is searching for our next paraprofessional! Are you interested in helping your community? In this position, you will provide direct crisis stabilization and crisis prevention services for individuals diagnosed with co-occurring developmental disabilities and behavioral health diagnoses. See how you can join our growing team and help your community today!Starting Salary: $33,321-Depending on Experience**$1,000 Sign on Bonus**Qualifications: * Knowledge of basic human care giving practices and activities of daily living. * Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. * Knowledge of information technology needed to assign job tasks. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary household/workspace. Education/Experience Required: * Graduation from an accredited college or university with at least a Bachelor's Degree in special education, social work, psychology, or approved human services related field is preferred. * Current registration with the Virginia Board of Counseling as a QMHP-A and/or QMHP-C is required. Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
