We are currently seeking a Service Now Architect to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada (CA). Lead Developer/Architect The Lead Developer is an expert in Service Now design and development principles that enables him/her to work with external development partners and key stakeholders to develop solutions that embrace ITIL processes and best practices. He/she will be responsible for defining the platform governance, architecture & evolution roadmap, and will drive innovation in the field of analytics, business intelligence & self-service. Responsibilities: Define policy & standards – Architecture principles, Integration standards, Platform upgrade strategy, performance tuning etc. for Service Now projects Create and maintain API and data integration processes between Service Now and other applications. Define development best practices, architecture, code review and provide technical leadership and mentoring to the Service Now Team. Consult with Customer and Service Management teams on platform enhancements and improvements including identifying potential opportunities for improvement of the platform. Collaborate with Service Now Support concerning strategies and technical aspects of platform upgrades, patch installation and hot fixes. Responsible for executing patching and upgrades to the Service Now Platform. Requirements: 6 years of experience as Service Now Architect Should have worked on at least 1 end to end implementation of ITSM or ITOM module of Service Now 3 years of hands on experience on Service Now integrations Certified Service Now Administrator Certified Service Now Implementation Specialist Service Now Developer Certified #INDICS About NTT DATA Services NTT DATA Services is a recognized.
