What you will do As the Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist, you will provide specialist knowledge /skills and execute advanced AR tasks, including: Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures Perform reconciliation of daily credit card settlement files, bank deposits and accounts receivable data Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted Generate month-end and accounts receivable reports Facilitate collection of information required to process client refunds Work with client directly to resolve any billing or collections-related matters Support user-acceptance testing of new accounts receivable processes This position is responsible for supporting the Accounts Receivable Lead in the implementation of accounts receivable processes required under the Retail Payments Supervision (RPS) Program, a new mandate under which the Bank of.
