THE OPPORTUNITY Triton is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Lead, Project Manager to join the well-established team of environmental professionals in our Regina office as part of our growing Saskatchewan operation. The successful candidate will drive business development efforts while supporting the project management and technical team. Our project managers are the cornerstone of our company and are committed to outstanding client service. In this senior role you will be responsible for spearheading regional business development, managing the on-time and on-budget delivery of projects, and providing mentorship to our project managers and project coordinators. Our clients include, regional and multi-national oil and gas and mining companies, hydro and power companies, government agencies, and First Nations communities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Developing a strategy to increase regional business. Maintaining, establishing, and developing client relationships, that facilitate successful delivery of projects and future opportunities. Cultivating and maintaining relationships with other consultants, construction contractors, regulators, and other stakeholders. Supporting corporate business development initiatives. Supporting the operations manager with business development (i. e. win strategy and proposal development). Leading RFP responses coming through our Regina office.
