About This Role: Best Practice Associates, LLC dba Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Contracts Administrator. ​​​​​ Responsibilities: Support the administration of prime government contracts and task orders in accordance with company polices and procedures, applicable laws, and Government client requirements Support cradle to grave subcontracts administration including: development, negotiation, and management of subcontract agreements, identifying applicable subcontract flow-down clauses, incorporating applicable SOW/PWS provisions, and issuing modifications Responsible for preparing and maintaining contracts databases for documentation and audit purposes Responsible for developing and running contracts reports and trackers Supports maintenance and retrieval of contractual documentation/files, provides data validation, and prepares/delivers reports as requested by managers Identify potential contract risks/issues and escalate further for resolution Responsible for drafting consultant agreements with external parties Responsible for reviewing and issuing employee verifications forms with Subcontractors Assists in reviewing nondisclosure (NDA) and teaming agreements (TA) Assist Project Managers in understanding the contract process and locations of templates, policies, and resources Perform other duties as assigned by the Contracts Manager/Director Support the Tria Federal Legal team as needed Support of Tria Federal’s Joint Venture through monthly administrative duties The “Need-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications: Experience with various contract types, including fixed-price, time and materials, and cost reimbursable contracts, as well as GSA Schedules, GWACs, BPAs, and IDIQs Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision Strong written and verbal communication skills to present information and respond to questions from managers, colleagues, and clients Strong analytic, strategic, and reasoning skills Proven ability to adapt and manage effectively in a fast-paced challenging environment Attention to detail and multitasking capabilities Ability to research issues, exercise solution-based thinking, and propose solutions to challenges/issues Proficient in use of MS Office Suite, Sharepoint and Adobe Acrobat Familiarity with the FAR, DFARS, and other Federal agency contracting regulations. Desire to grow and learn in the contracts profession Professional Certifications: N/A Education: BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university Clearance: Minimum Background Check Years of Professional Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in federal government contracts or subcontracts administration The “Nice-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications: Experience and knowledge of CPSR and CPSR requirements Experience with reporting to FSRS Familiarity with managing joint venture and mentor-protégé agreements Some familiarity and knowledge of Unanet Professional Certifications: CCCM™, or CCMA certifications a plus, DAU DAWIA Level 1 Certificate ​ Why Tria?
