Job Title: Marketing Procurement Specialist (Mandarin) Location: New York, NY Type: Contract Duration: 6-8 months (possible renewable) Pay Range : 35$- 41$ per hour on w2 Job Id: 138168 Job Description： Marketing Procurement Specialist *** Proficient in Mandarin as they need to communicate with team in China*** Planning marketing procurement strategy, building marketing procurement management system, and establishing supplier database. Exploring and introducing high-quality marketing resources including media, production assets, events, KOL, PR, strategy & creativeness, etc. Establishing sound relationships and supporting marketing activities of the company. Managing procurement projects, including vendors sourcing and selecting, bid and pitch leading, commercial negotiation, cost control, quality control, execution follow-up, and performance evaluation. Optimizing the process and strategy to increase the efficiency of procurement activity, and max Requirements Bachelor degree or above major in marketing and advertising is preferred, media, strategy and creativity, public relations, events experience and resource acquisition are preferred; 3+ years of marketing procurement work experience, strong understanding of the characteristics of various marketing resources and the advantages and disadvantages of various agencies; familiarity with industry situations Strong logical analytical ability, able to analyze business requirements and give feasible suggestions for purchasing decisions; Own strong negotiating and bargaining skills, communication and coordination skills and multi-task capabilities, and strong cost-saving awareness; Years of Experience： More than 3 years Skills: M arketing procurement strategy, marketing procurement management system, analytical, negotiating, communication and coordination About Us: Founded in 2009, IntelliPro stands as a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
